Duties:
* Admin support for 2 departments
* Support the financial director with raising payments and inputting data for budgets
* Liaising with the estimators closely
* Manage fees, raising invoices and purchase orders
* Managing the budgets and tracking costs
* Assist with interactive plans for the sales team
* Assist the buying team
Skills:
* Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
* High level of professionalism and adaptability.
