Job Description
Service Administrator / Coordinator required by client who is an Engineering company near Uttoxeter.
Salary: circa 25k based on 39 hours per week
Essentially the main part of the Service Controllers role is to manage the engineers on a day to day basis. You will be required to organise engineers to complete routine planned maintenance, remedial work and emergency breakdowns/ callouts. You will be expected to promptly organise appropriate resources to resolve situations quickly and ensure communication is kept flowing, externally and internally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Co-ordinate breakdowns and services for your depot by allocating to an engineer and liaising with the customer to ensure minimal downtime to the customer’s machine.
2. Chase the customer for order numbers for quoted works.
3. Keep constant communication with the customer to give them updates on all breakdowns / jobs.
4. Issue Paperwork / Analysis Reports
5. Resolve all customer invoice queries.
