Responsibilities:
* Participate in rotations across our key business units, gaining a deep and broad understanding of the agricultural biotechnology landscape.
* Work alongside experienced professionals in animal genetics, product development, and customer engagement to deliver high-impact projects.
* Engage in strategic presentations and decision-making sessions with senior leadership, building confidence in your business acumen.
* Grow through our Genus University learning platform and specialized development programs, providing you with lifelong skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or related fields.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with a range of audiences.
* UK driving license and flexibility to travel across Great Britain and occasionally internationally.
