The Global Integrated Marketing Manager for Wipers category is responsible for is responsible for the development and activation of the ongoing programme of activity to acquire, penetrate and retain business with the wipes and industrial customer segment. Design, develop and globally coordinate commercialisation programme(s): Customer centric value proposition and marketing toolkits to enable sales and channel success to win with customers (end-user). Cross-Functional End-to-End process. Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the Industrial segment. Responsible for the briefing in, development and - alongside the Content Delivery team - review of content produced to support the activation of commercial programmes and in the commercialisation of new product innovations. Support demand generation by delivering fantastic commercialisation programmes and the category's always-on campain. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing campaigns. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Leadership Competencies / Qualifications You have marketing experience with a proven track record of successful multinational execution across B2B environment Experience in Industrial channel comms deployment proven track record of developing and deploying cross market, integrated marketing plans within B2B environment Project Management skills, including the ability to create and lead stakeholders through a project, and manage complexity and inter-dependencies to deliver on time, with the desired result. Understanding of marketing performance data, and ability to interpret and gain insights from data analysis, as well as use data storytelling to influence decision making. Ability to manage and influence multi-functional internal and external stakeholders, including agency management. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to partner with a number of different stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build working relationships across functions, cultures and geographies and to interface with all levels of the organisation.
