Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
Working across our National Family team, you’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.
1. Coordinating the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
2. Opening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenance
3. Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute taking
4. Supporting with the preparation of court documents, court forms and bundles
5. Liaising with third parties including counsels’ clerks, court and clients on behalf of fee earners
6. Attending internal meetings to represent the support team, take notes and support with business development activity
About You
7. A quick learner who will embrace our digital, flexible ways of working. Administrative experience is preferable, especially if it is in the family law sector.
8. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and to prioritise workload
9. Problem solving and a ‘can do’ attitude, particularly in relation to digital ways of working
10. Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
11. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
