We offer round-the-clock assistance and will establish a close bond with you to better understand your requirements and the role that would work best for you.
All people working in a school will need an enhanced DBS on the update service, if you do not have this then we can assist by sending you over a direct link for you to apply to. If you have been working overseas for over 6 months within the last 5 years, you will need an OSPC (Overseas Police Check) - Both of these are needed due to safeguarding, so will be a requirement for all school environments.
Salaries will differ depending on the role being inquired about, The salary above refers from a Teaching assistant to a qualified experience teacher based upon the government pay scale.
Qualifications needed dependent on role:
Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
Level 2/3 qualification as a teaching assistant or equivalent
Previous experience working 1:1, or with small groups
Encouraging and supportive personality
SEND Teachers
QTS or equivalent (We accept NQT and experienced)
The ability to inspire young minds
Excellent time and classroom management
SEND Nursery Teaching Assistant
Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or Childcare
Experience working within a nursery and/or with children with ASD
A supportive and caring nature
