Here at SureCare our care assistants work as a team to provide a range of care and support services to older people living in their own homes. Our main priority for the role is to find people who share our values and attitude to work and want to provide only the very highest levels of care for our clients.
You do not need to have previous experience in care as we provide full training through our in-house induction course, you then have the opportunity to shadow runs and see how care is delivered by our experienced carers, you are then observed delivering care so that you have the support until you feel confident to go onto the rota on your own or as part of a double handed team. You will also be supported to complete the Care Certificate and will have access to our wide range of e-learning courses. As you progress you will have the opportunity to complete NVQs in care and specialise in particular areas of care that you enjoy the most.

You will need a car for these roles due to the locations of our clients.
Working in care can be tough and it is true to say that no two days are the same but it is one of the most rewarding jobs you will ever have, in fact it is much more than just a job. You will get to visit some wonderful people who have incredible stories to share and will amaze you with their achievements in life. You could be supporting clients with personal care, washing and dressing, meal preparation, medication administration, cleaning duties, accompanying to appointments and building friendships to reduce social isolation. You may be the only person our client sees in a day and you can make a positive difference to their day.
