Key Responsibilities:

* Provide governance for technical components alongside the Programme Manager.
* Own the transition from existing to proposed solutions, ensuring smooth delivery and acceptance.
* Act as a subject matter expert during post-sales solution delivery, leading workshops and producing detailed designs.
* Deliver Design statements of work, including third-party deliverables, ensuring compliance with methodologies.
* Offer pre- and post-sales consultancy to drive new business opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
* Expertise in Unified Communication, Contact Centre, and LAN/WAN technologies.
* Proven track record in delivering complex IT/Telco customer solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of frameworks like TOGAF, PRINCE2, MSP, and ITIL.
* Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCDA; CCNP/CCDP preferred).
* Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
