Job Overview:
Responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and ensuring seamless operations across various warehouse functions, including inbound, put-away, picking, outbound, storage, and quarantine processes. The role involves collaborating with the Business Support Centre (BSC) and customers via email to ensure efficient communication and to address any operational issues. Also responsible for ensuring adherence to receiving handling guidelines, proper storage, and handling of discrepancies, and reporting any non-conforming products or inventory issues to the Central Inventory Team.

Person Specification
Qualifications/Training:
· Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
· Training in health and safety standards within warehouse environments.
Experience/Knowledge:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
· Experience managing customer accounts within a warehouse setting is desirable.
· Experience in managing inbound, outbound, and put-away processes.
· Understanding of inventory control practices and procedures.
· Experience working with various carriers and handling shipping and receiving documentation.

· Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify discrepancies and errors in product information, labels, and inventory records.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting issues and customers, and the warehouse team.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and take prompt action to resolve them, including managing discrepancies and damaged goods.

· Knowledge of UPS/Carrier Procedures: Familiarity with UPS shipping and receiving procedures, including the use of carrier forms and manifests.
