A global financial services organisation is looking to hire an Employment Lawyer on a 6 month FTC.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide specialist employment law advice and assistance on various matters including contractual matters, disciplinary and grievance, TUPE, discrimination and equal opportunities.
2. Lead on preparing appropriate contractual documentation to terms and conditions of employment.
3. Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
4. Support the EMEA HR team on day-to-day enquiries and ongoing matters.
5. Assist with all aspects of employment litigation.
6. Liaise with key business stakeholders and support function leads to deliver an excellent service.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience in advising within the financial services sector, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and a proven track record working in a fast-moving environment. You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE with proven experience in the area of employment law.
