The Sales Co-ordinator will be an integral member of a busy and vibrant sales department. Main Duties
* Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service through in-person showroom visits and remotely.
* Process customer sales queries accurately and efficiently.
* Manage multiple enquiries through various stages of the sales process.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
* Review customer/architect specifications and present design and cost proposals to the client.
* All work is delivered via inbound enquiries, repeat business, and other activity - no cold calling involved.
Skills and Knowledge
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work both independently and effectively collaborate within a team.
* Highly organised.
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar internal sales environment.
* Excellent telephone manner.
Salary and Benefits
* £28-30K plus commission - should be approx. £3K in year one.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday off.
* Working hours - Mon-Thurs 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 4pm, 1 Saturday morning per month (9-12), paid back as time in lieu.
