Description
* Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
* Processing invoices and maintaining up-to-date accounts payable records.
* Assisting with the monthly payroll and other employee benefit schemes.
* Ensuring accurate financial record keeping and regular reconciliation of accounts.
* Processing expense claims and managing petty cash.
* Assisting with the year-end financial audit process.
* Adhering to all regulatory standards within the Life Science industry.
* Working collaboratively with other team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
A Successful 'Accounts Assistant' Should Have
* A strong academic background in Accounting or Finance.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
