Now, we need a proactive, detail-driven Sales Administrator to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. About the role: This isn’t just about admin—it’s about making things happen. You'll be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless experience for our clients. Day-to-day, you will: Analyse supplier invoices, contracts & pricing schedules Create clear and accurate price comparison spreadsheets Onboard new clients & set expectations Meet deadlines and deliver time-sensitive reports to clients Liaise with clients & suppliers via phone, email & our ticketing system Keep our CRM & databases up to date Assist with cash flow forecasting Review processes & suggest (or implement) improvements Support the Senior EA & wider team with ad hoc projects Who We’re Looking For: You love getting things done.
