Position: EAP Telephone Counsellor
Location: Hybrid Role - Glasgow
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 based on full time hours of 37.5. Part time hours will be pro rata salary.

We are looking for fully qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapists to join us on a part-time basis in our EAP Clinical Team.
You will be:
* Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage of client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways.
* Delivering a range of support, including Booked Assessment Appointments and In The Moment Support via telephone and/or video calls.
* Carrying out Risk Assessments and following the Safeguarding and Risk Protocol process.
* Managing a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling.
* Writing brief, accurate, and concise clinical notes of all interactions.
* Integrating into our Support Line Team.
Requirements:
* Able to work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week (at least 1 day based in-office, Glasgow, which is mandatory).
* Cover at least 1 weekend (7.5 hours) and 1 overnight sleeping shift from home, per month.
* Qualified as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with BACP/COSCA (or similar) registered status.
* Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong clinical background with excellent Assessment skills.
* Able to make sound Clinical decisions while holding Boundaries.
* A keen team player with excellent time management, clinical, communication, and organisation skills.
* Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
While previous EAP/Telephone Counselling experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
