BRAND MANAGER

As a Brand Manager on Calvin Klein Fragrances at COTY you will not only have the opportunity to work on one of the world's top fragrance brands but also be a part of a fearlessly kind and agile company. You will be the driving force behind achieving the Brand's objectives, while working closely with the multi-functional team, on creative and strategic ideas implemented all together with your brand team.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, and you will be the lead to create and implement the UK brand marketing strategy, supported by the Assistant Brand Manager and shared Marketing Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Brand Manager you will:
* Develop and deliver local initiative launch plans in collaboration with internal key stakeholders (e.g. sales team, trade marketing, brand finance) and external partners (e.g. media agency).
* Ownership of brand budget, ensuring effective and accurate budget management including administration of all invoices, monthly accruals and budget trackers.
* Managing of all brand media, including briefs, agency relationships, global and fashion house approvals and internal alignment, with support from the Senior Brand Manager.
* Local brand management including P&L steering to make sure all brand investments are delivering vs target KPIs and profitability targets.
* Working with the internal & international merchandising teams to manage the design and production of local POS elements, ensuring they follow both Global guidelines and UK market requirements.
* Liaising with internal PR/Influencer Marketing team to drive consumer engagement and off and online reach.
* Driving an online first mentality, finding disruptive ideas that connect with consumers and deliver strong ROI.
* Along with internal cross divisional teams, co-manage the S&OP process, driving insights and actions for the accurate forecast for new and ongoing stock forecasts.
* With the support of the Marketing Manager, create and implement the UK brand strategy which includes short-term intervention plans as well as longer term brand vision goals.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You have the ability to think creatively, are highly driven and self-motivated. You are digitally literate and culturally plugged in. You are well versed in UK/EU/Global mass fragrance and consumer beauty universes, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Other than that, you:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in a Business related degree preferable.
* Previous experience in a similar role ideal & an understanding/appreciation of the fine fragrance market and retail environment required.
* Past experience in budget management and a strong understanding of financials.
* Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
* Passion for Fragrance industry.

Please note that whilst this position will be based in our Wimbledon Office, we do offer a flexible Omni-working policy which means that up to 50% of your hours will be based from the office and the remaining 50% of your hours can be based from home.
