Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at Castle Douglas Community Hospital as a Business Support Administrator.
Day to day duties would include:
1. An element of reception cover
2. Fielding telephone calls
3. Preparing casenotes for scanning
4. Inputting SSTS / e-rostering
5. Stores ordering
6. Assisting senior charge nurse with typing letters and reports
7. Managing room bookings
8. General admin tasks
9. Maintaining financial records / cash handling and banking
10. Supporting MDT within the community hospital
11. Recording admission and discharge statistics using in-house system and record keeping

You should have:
* Excellent communication skills
* High level of computer skills
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and during emergency situations
