About the role:
Based in Central London (Hybrid):
* Ensure services provided are delivered on an integrated basis and partnering arrangements with external providers improve the quality of services and provide value for money.
* Accountable for the development and application of a unified customer services strategy.
* Accountable for developing and directing the corporate activities of the Council at a strategic delivery level.
* Drive significant cultural change through the corporate infrastructure.
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
* Extensive experience within a Local Authority delivering outstanding customer service, resident experience and strategy.
* Relevant qualifications and evidence of CPD.
* Extensive experience in a similar role.
