We are recruiting a Business Change Request Support Officer to join our dedicated HBLICT Services' Informatics team working with Primary Care clinical systems!
Main Duties of the Job
As a Business Change Request Support Officer, you will be contributing to our team’s success, using your healthcare and clinical system experience to support our delivery of clinical data entry and referral templates to health and care organisations across our supported customers in Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
You’ll need to be an effective communicator, as you’ll work closely with other teams including clinical and non-clinical staff, and the supplier, Ardens. You will be responsible for the processing and management of requests for changes to clinical system templates in Primary Care.
Whether you have a clinical or non-clinical staff background, we’d be interested in hearing from you. Working within the Informatics team, you’ll be a part of a team which encourages each other, sharing ideas and knowledge. HBLICT Services are a Shared Service organisation that provides ICT infrastructure and equipment, technical and digital support services, procurement and Informatics services to two Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), a Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, a Community NHS Trust, Hospices and other health and social care organisations across Hertfordshire, West Essex, Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, in two Integrated Care Systems.
The Informatics team manages IT services in GP Practices, including business change and service support, infrastructure and desktop support, and provides advice and support on investment in discretionary IT systems and services to ICBs and GP Practices in those ICB areas.

Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities
The Business Change Request Support Officer will be required to work closely with the BC Team and Ardens (the leading provider of SystmOne & EMIS Web templates and reports) in supporting the timely delivery of requests involving changes and developments from our customers.
This role is essentially responsible for the management and maintenance of all requests received via the Informatics ServiceNow system.
Person Specification
Education
* Educated to degree level in a relevant field and/or equivalent level of work-based knowledge and experience.
* ITIL Foundation
Knowledge
* Extensive experience of system administration and administrative processes
* Experience in dealing with personal/commercially sensitive data and information
* Experience of working in an NHS or public sector organisation
* Working knowledge and experience of TPP SystmOne and/or EMIS
* Troubleshooting/problem-solving experience
* Experience of using Microsoft Visio
* Experience of programme, project and change management
