Key Responsibilities :
* Identify and drive new business opportunities across the Herts/Bedfordshire/East Anglia/Luton/MK/Buckinghamshire regions, focusing on building a strong sales pipeline.
* Build and maintain relationships with NHS professionals, hospitals, and community leaders, ensuring they receive the best products and solutions.
* Work closely with senior decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating and influencing to close deals.
* Exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and market plans.
* Keep up with competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead and provide valuable insights.
* Contribute to overall business growth by developing new business areas and maintaining detailed business plans.
What You’ll Need :
* Proven success in medical sales, preferably within the woundcare or infection Prevention market
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
* Experience working with the NHS, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
* A commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to securing new business opportunities.
* Full UK driving license (no more than 3 points) and willingness to travel across the North of England.
