Overview:
I am seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Lead to join a leading consumer brand. The role involves driving digital experience and e-commerce strategy across DTC touchpoints, managing digital campaigns, customer experience and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Digital Campaigns: Oversee campaigns that enhance brand perception and meet commercial objectives.
* Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across online platforms with integration of digital and offline touchpoints.
* Collaboration: Work with brand, CX and tech teams to align digital content with business goals and enhance website functionality.
* P&L Ownership: Manage e-commerce P&L, optimising product assortment, pricing and promotions.
* Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis: Analyse data to drive decisions and continuously optimise digital performance and engagement.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in eCommerce, CPG, and digital marketing.
* Expertise in UX design, SEO and omni-channel strategies.
* Data-driven with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
* Experience in consumer insights and digital transformation.
