What is the job role?
Come and join us at an exciting time and be part of the Professional Support Service’s journey. We work with colleagues across Children’s Services to contribute to positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families. This role is based in the Fostering Service, primarily processing financial assessments for Special Guardianship carers, updating case management and tracking systems, chasing documents, and completing assessments. You will also handle phone calls from carers and professionals, monitor mailboxes, and support other tasks. The role promotes a positive working culture centered on children's well-being.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.
