Our client is a leading sports/hospitality/concierge company with a UHNW clientele.
The role wil be responsible for all the administrative tasks, to include
· Coordinate meetings, support with diary management & hotel booking
· Handle incoming calls
· Manage and maintain office stock and supplies
· Support with Health & Safety administration
· Carry out compliance Audits including gun audits
· Applying for Permits & BASC insurance
· Support with Export & Import paperwork
· Fleet Management
· Support with some bookkeeping tasks
· Other general office duties
· Support the Sporting Office team as required
· Collect till receipts, keep in date order
· Ensure all goods are booked in on the system
· Fulfil online orders
· Carry out stock counts
· Admin for gun repairs to enable invoicing
· General paperwork assistance, including ensuring guns are booked in and out correctly
Skills
* Proficient in using office software, Word,Excel,
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
* Attention to detail in data entry and administrative tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* A genuine like and appreciation of countryside activities
* UK Driving Licence
