Candidate Requirements:
* Must have worked in a commercial kitchen as a Commis Chef, Chef De Partie, or Demi Chef De Partie
* Must be able to drive given unit location
* Level 2 Food Safety / Food Hygiene certification
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
* Adaptable, flexible, reliable, and presentable
* Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment or on a catering truck (burger van)
* Ability to produce high volume foods at speed
* Understanding of quality control and station management
* Passion for food and menu development
* Previous experience supporting junior peers such as General Assistant, Kitchen Steward, Catering Assistant, Food Service Assistant, etc.
* Suitable for someone working in a busy restaurant or hotel seeking a better work-life balance
* Opportunity for CDP or Sous Chef roles
