Job summary The post holder will be an essential member of the Quality and Safety team. The role will be key in the integration of the Corporate Quality and Safety Nursing Team and the Quality and Safety governance, compliance, audit and risk teams. The post holder will support the teams to ensure high quality safe care is delivered across the organisation. This will include supporting the harm free care agenda, supporting with the Care Excellence Framework process, CQC preparation and enquiries as well as supporting with the Quality Nurse Agenda. There will also be a requirement to undertake administrative tasks including but not limited to; ordering of hospital notes, booking meetings, diary management and general office duties. Main duties of the job Support the Quality and Safety Teams in the delivery of Quality Improvement Projects designed to reduce patient harm and increase patient satisfaction as identified by ward indicators, CEF and CQC action plans.
