This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing project management frameworks, aligning practices with strategic business objectives, and driving organisational excellence.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Design and implement project management frameworks in line with central PMO practices.
* Drive the development of the organisational project management maturity model.
* Align project management practices with strategic business objectives to ensure impactful outcomes.
* Implement and maintain governance policies and best practices across the Enterprise Modernization Program (EMP).
* Manage and optimise the EMP portfolio, conducting comprehensive risk assessments and aligning investments with organisational strategy.
* Develop standardised processes, templates, and guidelines to enhance project management effectiveness.
* Deliver executive-level reporting dashboards, project health assessments, and performance metrics.
* Provide thought leadership and strategic insights on project portfolio performance.
* Coach and mentor project managers to build competencies and foster career progression.
* Design and lead project management training programmes to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
We Are Looking for People Who Have:
* Proven expertise in project and portfolio management, including governance and risk management.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring project management professionals.
* Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
* A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in designing frameworks, processes, and tools to support organisational objectives.
* The ability to work collaboratively across departments to align practices with business goals.
