The Role
Our Operations team acts as the guardian of Ravio’s core benchmarking product - the foundation of our business. We are not only striving to build the world’s largest real-time compensation benchmarking database, but also the best. This means we need to set a new standard when it comes to the quality and consistency of our underlying benchmarking data. This is why our operations team exists.
The team plays a crucial role in setting new customers up for success on Ravio, ensuring that their employee data is standardised, anonymised and mapped to our internal framework with an incredibly high level of precision. This means getting to grips with elements of Compensation & Benefits work like mapping and levelling employee data, while also maintaining a consistent, process driven approach. The team monitors and upholds data integrity over the course of a customer’s lifecycle with Ravio and works with multiple cross-functional teams to build and improve internal tools and processes.
Working in our Operations team requires a combination of incredible attention to detail, a pragmatic approach, and strong cross functional skills to ensure that customers are set up for success, and Ravio’s database maintains it’s integrity.
Responsibilities
* Provide a key data labelling function for Ravio, to enrich customer-supplied data, and to ensure data completeness and database integrity, ensuring the data is mapped consistently against our proprietary framework.
* Work closely with team mates to validate data mapping choices, and with our Customer Success team, and customers directly to get inputs to help with the work.
* Provide support to customers across their lifecycle, on changes to their data or on queries around Ravio’s dataset.
* Monitor and improve existing datasets throughout a customers’ lifecycle with the aim of upholding high data quality and integrity standards
* Work cross-functionally with Ravio’s Data Science, Product, and Customer Success teams to build and continuously improve Ravio’s internal processes with the aim of achieving industry-leading data quality and integrity levels as well as delivering great customer experiences
Requirements
* Structured thinker who enjoys working with data and has great attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
* Team player who thrives in a high-growth environment and embraces change
* Desire to learn the ins and outs of compensation benchmarking and how Ravio’s technology can help
* Advanced knowledge of SQL or general technical skills are a plus

Compensation & Benefits
* Level P2: £35,000 - £45,000
