About The Role

Full Time: 40 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until March 2026
Salary: Depending upon experience
Location: Aztec West Studio, North Bristol.
The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Art and Puppets Production Coordinator to support the Head of Puppets and Supervising Art Director by being across the creative needs of the Art and Puppet Department. The candidate will be the point of contact for production for all Art and Puppet Department needs from the Directors.
About You
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will schedule and attend all Director briefs, taking and distributing minutes. They will also schedule and manage the DMP process with the Supervising Art Director.
The perfect candidate will have previous production coordinator experience, with at least 5 years’ experience working within features, ideally in stop motion or CG/film/TV production. They will also need excellent written and oral communication skills.
