Job Description
Find where you belong!
You’ll be part of a small but mighty team, crafting top-notch marketing materials across everything from point-of-sale (POS) and digital banners to internal comms and branded bits and bobs. You'll turn ideas and briefs from across the business into polished, on-brand designs that look great and do the job.
What’s it all about?
Designing and delivering print-ready files for POS, in-hotel displays, adverts, and a wide range of sales and marketing materials, while also creating snappy short-form videos and developing slick digital banners and social media posts. Crafting engaging employee and internal communications that people actually want to read, retouching and cutting out images to perfection, and adapting key assets for various formats and channels. Confidently working with print specs, cutter guides, and brand guidelines, while meticulously checking every detail—twice—to ensure everything is 100% on point before going live. Taking briefs from teams across the business and bringing their ideas to life, all while staying true to our brand identity.
Why Travelodge?

Who will this appeal to?
This role will appeal to a creative wizard who masters Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and has experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools. A tech-savvy professional with a solid grasp of Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and file management—bonus points for experience with Google Suite, HTML, or CMS. A print perfectionist who understands repro processes, colour, paper stock, and print techniques inside out, including cutter guides and specs. Someone with pixel-perfect attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips past them, whether retouching a photo or packaging files for print. A designer who balances creativity with consistency, bringing bold, fresh ideas while knowing when and how to stick to brand guidelines. A true team player who thrives on feedback, collaboration, and juggling multiple projects, with a deep passion for design and a keen eye on the latest trends in typography and beyond.
