An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to come and join the expanding team providing FSDEC at the front door, working alongside other Front door AHP colleagues and MDT colleagues.
Service is 8am – 8pm, regular weekend shifts, working long days or twilight shifts.

3. EXPERIENCE
* Experience of a junior rotational Physiotherapy post in the NHS.
* Experience of a broad rotational scheme including Acute medicine.
* Knowledge of areas of clinical governance including quality, audit and risk management.
* Experience of managing own caseload and prioritizing.
* Ability to work and interact effectively within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to decision making.
* Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development, and reflective practice.
* Knowledge and application of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
* Establish and maintain CPD Portfolio.
* Experience in student clinical supervision.
* Experience of Community Physiotherapy.
* Attendance at post-graduate courses in related fields and demonstrates reflective learning.
* Knowledge of areas of influence of psychosocial and cultural factors on health/illness behaviours.
* Experience in supervision of junior staff.
* Participation in audit, research activities and development activities.
