My Client is recruiting for a Associate Director Mechanical Engineering in the Water Sector.

Your Purpose:
1. Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
2. Define briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
3. Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
4. Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Set quality assurance standards in design.
6. Grow, develop, and manage mechanical engineering capability within the practice.
Experience/Qualifications:
1. Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineer.
2. Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent.
3. Significant experience in Mechanical Engineering within the Water Sector.
4. Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
5. Comprehensive knowledge in mechanical equipment, such as pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plant, as well as a deep understanding of current UK design standards and working practices.
