Hybrid working Source Solutions are working with a successful and highly-regarded design practice, in identifying an experienced Sustainability Professional to join their team in an autonomous role which will also see them taking a more managerial role junior members of the sustainability design team and an active role within the company and across its various projects. This position will move away somewhat from hands-on design and look more at working with the Sustainability Designers and the wider business, checking work and analyses, ensuring all are completed at the correct time and sequence. A such this role will be well-rounded mix of management of junior team members whilst also involving a more active interaction with clients and projects teams. The company are involved in some very exciting project and have gained an enviable reputation within the industry and this would be a rewarding role for a highly technical and experienced candidate with a strong grounding in a sustainability-specific role within a design practice or consultancy, who can communicate technical information in simple terms and build relationships across the business and with clients.
