NEW HOME OPENING JANUARY 2025 - MELTON MOWBRAY
We are recruiting for a full team of Residential Care Workers and Seniors to join us and create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home for vulnerable young people.
At FtF we are committed to improving the lives of children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties by providing an environment where they can grow and develop emotionally and socially.
You will be caring for young people aged 7 – 18 years whose lived experiences have impacted significantly on their emotional wellbeing. They have difficulty developing positive attachments and at times self-regulating, which can be displayed in their behaviours.
Resilience, compassion, and patience are fundamental attributes needed in this role as a corporate parent. You will be a positive role model and work with our young people to build positive, trusting, and meaningful relationships, support them with their goals and ambitions, and promote their wellbeing, rights, and independence.
Whilst we are starting the recruitment process early, the start date for the role will be 6th January 2025 after completing safer recruitment checks and Induction Training.
