We're currently looking for an experienced MASH / Assessment Social Worker / Manager to join a close-knit MASH service in the South East of England.
As an Assistant Team Manager, you will have previous management or supervisory experience within a Front Door/MASH Service, and/or substantial years’ experience working within a Duty & Assessment Team as a qualified Social Worker having taken on tasks that evidence ‘stepping up’ into a management role.
In this role, you will co-work complex cases with team members, without taking on a caseload of your own, as well as working closely with the Team Manager for the day-to-day management of the team.
You will work alongside one Team Manager, Assistant Team Managers, three Senior Practitioners, four Social Workers, and four team administrators.
