- up to £45k OTE per annum Due to continued growth our client is looking to appoint Account Managers to their existing successful team.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our clients ambition to significantly grow Telecoms accounts in NI/Ireland.
We are looking for account manager's who are passionate and driven to succeed.
Your responsibilities day to day will be… Deliver a proactive Contact and Review Strategy to customer base Build a sustainable sales pipeline Drive both upselling and Cross Selling Reduce churn through an effective strategy in line with expectations Drive GP within customer base new sales and demonstrating excellent commercial acumen Establish positive rapport and attitude in all customer interactions What experience / skills are we looking for? Excellent communications skills both oral and written Able to demonstrate a professional and proactive approach Knowledge and experience in dealing with customer queries and issues and the ability to bring to a satisfactory resolution.
