With the current Sales Manager leaving at the end of February, we are looking for someone to start ideally before then. About the Role As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue. You will have the flexibility to work on the road for most of the week, meeting with clients across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and dealers. Monitor sales activities, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales reports for senior management.
