An opportunity has arisen to provide strong and consistent leadership to a dynamic and enthusiastic team at South Later Life Community Mental Health Team based at Etrop Court, South Manchester.
The individual would be a motivated individual who is driven, has the enthusiasm and ability to lead the day-to-day operations of the team, as well as provide management supervision and clinical support to the integrated team.

Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary Later Life Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT). The team is integrated, flexible, user-focused, and recovery-oriented to deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to service users with mental health needs, ensuring delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (MATS, Functional, and Organic) as outlined within the OACMHT standard operational procedure.
Participation as a member of the Services Management Team in the overall management of community-based secondary mental health services.
Participate in the service bronze on-call rota as required.
