If so, we have the role for you An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator, to join our client based in West Bromwich. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00 am - 5.00 pm. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be:
1. Processing customer orders
2. Setting up new accounts
3. Answering telephone and email queries in a professional manner
4. Assisting the Team Leader in supervising and mentoring the team
5. Supporting the sales team
6. Working on Microsoft Excel daily
7. Carrying out various administrative duties
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will have:
8. Previous experience working in a similar position
9. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience
10. Excellent customer service skills, offering an exceptional customer experience
11. You may have experience in the following: Customer Service Advisor, Receptionist, Team Assistant, Administrator, Customer service Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Team Leader, Team Supervisor or any other similar position
