Are you passionate about working with people and supporting their journey to employment? We are recruiting an Employment Specialist to join our team. The role involves achieving delivery targets by working with participants, mainly those with health support needs, to identify employment opportunities and support them into sustainable employment. You will provide person-centred advice, build relationships with referral partners and local employers, and help clients transition into suitable jobs.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience of employer needs, employer engagement, and working in a target-driven environment. We welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences and provide excellent on-the-job training. We're looking for someone with an engaging personality, comfort working with diverse groups, and the ability to create a warm, welcoming environment for participants.
This rewarding role allows you to utilize your skills to support others and contribute to our organization's growth. All new colleagues will be offered to enroll in a Level 2 Employment Apprenticeship, with opportunities for advancement. Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum along with benefits including:
