Job Description
1. Handling and resolving customer complaints.
2. Communicating with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
3. Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.
4. Recording and tracking all customer interactions.
5. Providing feedback on customer service issues to management.
6. Assisting in the implementation of customer service policies.
7. Delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Participating in customer service training and workshops.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Resolutions Officer should have:
1. Proficiency in customer service software and databases.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
4. The ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
5. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
