Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of Marble Arch, a trophy building within our portfolio. High levels of Client Engagement and Customer services are required, with good management of contractors, security staff, maintenance and cleaners as well as 3rd party contractors whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.

Skills (People & Technical)
* Support the completion of planned works, commission Long Term Asset Replacement Plans, permit to work systems, monitor PPMs to ensure buildings are managed proactively, responsibly and that the service charge budgets and property plans are fully aligned ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and appropriate communication with client and occupiers.
* Work with the Client Leads to understand and work towards the client's objectives and develop strategies for the building meeting service delivery expectations.
* Ensure that the day-to-day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed.
* Monitor contractor/supplier performance and report findings to the Facilities Manager.
* Report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service of the property.
* Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded.
* Ensure that all utility metre readings are collected and managed using relevant systems.
* Provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants.
* Assist the Facilities Manager with the drafting and monitoring of service charge budgets.
* Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correctly apportioned to each property.
* Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework.

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
* 3 years experience of working in a similar role.
* IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable.
* Familiarity with Riskwise (H&S compliance systems) and Proactis system.
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience): GBP 70,000 - GBP 75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
