Allstaff Manufacturing Division requires a Cleaning Maintenance Manager with a strong manufacturing & Industrial Cleaning background to work for our prestigious client based near Paisley.
This role will be on an early/night rotational basis, Monday to Friday, and will involve the supervision of a small team to oversee the cleanliness of manufacturing facilities, ensuring that all areas, including production floors, machinery, and common spaces, are maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Duties will include:
* Develop, implement, and manage cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain a clean manufacturing environment.
* Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable about cleaning protocols and company standards, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
* Regularly carry out inspections of the facility to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
* Minimise disruptions to the site and ensure cleaning activities are efficiently integrated into the manufacturing process.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
* Prepare and maintain detailed online records of cleaning activities, inspections, and any incidents.
* Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to cleaning promptly and effectively.
* Coordinate with external cleaning services and contractors as needed.
