Monarch Education is thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Gaydon, seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Qualified Nursery Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love for working with young children and making a positive difference in their early educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of care and support for children aged 0-5 years.
* Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe and valued.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to update them on their child's development and well-being.
* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a nurturing, supportive environment for the children.
* Follow safeguarding and health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children.
Personal Specification:
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be an Early Years Qualified Nursery Nurse who can demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and who thrives in a nurturing, hands-on environment.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
* A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (essential).
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential.
