£23,588 per annum (The band goes up to £24,588 per annum, however, this is dependent on annual performance reviews).
Full-time role:
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to meet the requirements of the post).
Job Purpose:
Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team? Do you want to work for an organisation that will encourage and nurture your personal development?
Oasis Community Housing provides support to those who have been rough sleeping and are homeless. The project offers accommodation to those furthest from safe and appropriate housing in a service designed specifically for individuals with multiple and complex needs. We pride ourselves on having a solution-focused approach regarding supporting those we serve. We aim to support everyone to move towards the future that they want and to learn what can be done differently by using their existing skills, strategies, and ideas.
The support worker role is a great opportunity for someone who really wants to make a difference in our mission to end homelessness. We are looking for someone who has a heart for the people we serve, someone who wouldn’t just walk past a homeless person in the street without wanting to reach out and do something.
Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references, meeting essential criteria, and Enhanced DBS (dependent on role).
Closing date for applications is Friday 26th July 2024.
Oasis Community Housing is an equal opportunities employer.
