We are recruiting a SeniorOperations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of our NHS services.

Main duties of the job
The purpose of this roleis to lead the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of ModalityPrivate services. The post holder will be responsible for working alongsideclinicians, back-office teams and marketing partners to ensure delivery ofhigh-quality services for self-pay and private medical insuranceclients/patients. The Senior Operations Manager will also be required tointerface with the senior management team of Modality NHS services.

1. Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
2. Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
3. A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
4. Delivery of over 160,000 patient consultations per year
5. Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
