Responsibilities
1. Understand and deliver all contractual terms
2. Communicate any on-site client changes to the line manager
3. Communicate regularly with the client
4. Complete action plans following client satisfaction surveys
5. Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
6. Identify any additional opportunities and discuss with the line manager
7. Analyse and effectively manage all in-unit costs
8. Monitor and manage GP
9. Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
10. Oversee business book work for 2 business units
11. Record and minimise all food wastage
12. Support, train, coach, and develop the team
13. Monitor labour turnover and ensure the team is fully recruited
14. Produce and utilise a succession plan
15. Implement all relevant HSE procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate
16. Report HSE issues beyond your control to your line manager
17. Ensure everyone is trained and adheres to all H&S and FS policies
18. Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and presented meets required standards and portion specifications
19. Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt, and storage of deliveries
20. Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
21. Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
22. Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested
Qualifications
1. Previous culinary experience
2. Previous management experience in a similar role including client management
3. Passionate about working in a food service environment
4. Good communication skills and able to work positively with others as part of a team
5. Friendly, helpful & polite
