We have an exciting opening for an HR Projects Consultant, based in our Esher offices. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract role. The HR Project Consultant will play a key role in the delivery of a company-wide transformation programme, where ‘People and Talent’ are critical to success. This fixed-term contract position will focus on implementing change initiatives, improving performance management frameworks, support optimising HR processes, enhancing governance frameworks, in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives. Working closely with HR, the Executive team and the Transformation Working Groups, you will contribute to shaping a people-focused transformation, ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives that support business-wide change. Requirements: Experience in HR project management, HR transformation, or consulting roles, ideally within a large-scale transformation programme. Proven expertise in HR change management, governance frameworks, policy review and implementation, and performance and talent management frameworks. Strong understanding of HR processes and operational efficiency improvements. Ability to analyse HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and governance best practices. Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and evolving business environment. CIPD level 5 or above, a HR Related degree or equivalent is desirable. Exposure to working with L&D teams, the development and implementation of L&D initiatives is also desirable, but not essential. This is an office-based role. Develop and implement HR change initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and talent management. Work with stakeholders to drive change management strategies, including communication plans, and engagement activities. Identify risks and challenges related to transformation and HR best practice and recommend solutions to mitigate impact. Performance Management and HR Process Efficiency Assess, refine, and implement performance management frameworks to drive high performance and employee engagement and development. Work with the HR Team to identify and deliver process improvements, increasing HR operational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop methods to use data insights to measure the impact of HR interventions and recommend areas for continuous improvement. HR Governance and Compliance Support the development and implementation of HR governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements in each of our global locations. Conduct reviews of global HR policies and frameworks, ensuring they align with local regulations and best practice. Ensure HR processes are fit for purpose and support a transformed business environment. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with HR leaders, the Exec, the Transformation Working Groups and key stakeholders to support transformation programme objectives. Act as a trusted advisor on HR initiatives and custom and practice. Support in the development and facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and engagement forums to drive successful adoption of change initiatives.
