You will support your team with day to day management of their patients. You will work alongside the rest of the MDT to ensure patients achieve their goals. In managing the therapy team you will monitor performance: addressing issues as they arise, complete appraisals, manage sickness, support compliance with mandatory training. You will work with the Locality Manager and Deputy Locality Manager to monitor performance of the unit and continue to implement identified changes to meet CQC requirements In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a maximum payment of £1,915 per annum pro rata. You must hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
