Head of Industrial Relations We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client's organisation as the Head of Industrial Relations. As the Head of Industrial Relations, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the UK Industrial relations strategy and policies for our client organisation. What You'll Do: Be a supportive leader, ensuring our team members are developed and encouraged to reach their full potential. Lead by example and drive a culture of continuous growth and improvement within the organisation. Develop and implement the UK Industrial relations strategy for all colleagues. Own all colleague policies for UK colleagues, leading changes to support business needs and compliance. Act as a credible advisor to the organisation on the development of policies for the future. Manage Union relationships for UK, including negotiation, consultation, and communication at all UK forums. Work collaboratively with peers across all teams, markets, and subsidiaries to achieve the best outcomes for our organisation and colleagues. Support the broader People Team strategy and contribute to making a positive impact. What You'll Need: Excellent knowledge and experience in Industrial relations and colleague policies. A proven track record of successfully managing Union relationships and collective consultations. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Compensation: Daily rate : £560 - £800 Contract Length: 3 months Working Pattern : Full Time Location: Welwyn Garden City - Lots of free parking and they also offer a free shuttle from the station to the office location Hybrid stance - 3 days in the office a week - however highly flexible on hours - Some employees start their work from home, then commute around 9:30 a.m. to be in the office for core hours. They often leave earlier in the afternoon and, if necessary, log back in from home later. Core hours are prioritised, but overall, the approach to working hours is highly flexible.
