A little about us…
Bray Leino is a creative and communication Agency that drives growth through Creativenergy, by going beyond, to find the most powerful way.
It’s the way we began back in 1973. Before email, before mobile phones, when London was still 6 hours by road, our founders set up shop in a gloriously rural part of the UK. It’s how we grew into a full-service global agency. And it’s how we still look at the world now.
Creativenergy is the force that makes us think, create and work differently to our competition. It’s what makes us a thriving powerhouse of free-range thinkers, creators and makers. And wherever we are in the world, connects us all back to one common ambition.
To use creativity to make businesses grow.
About the role:
We are a collaborative team of five experienced strategists, forming an essential part of the agency’s offering. Together, we deliver the full spectrum of the strategy cycle, including research to insight, brand strategy, creative development, and digital and communications planning.
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Mid-weight Planner to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative ideas and business objectives, helping shape compelling strategies that drive client success. You will be responsible for analysing data, understanding audience insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Reporting to the Associate Strategy Director, you will work across a healthcare focused portfolio of clients. These brands offer exciting opportunities and unique challenges, making this role both dynamic and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, present strategies, and provide recommendations that address their needs effectively.
• Strategic Development: Develop clear, insightful strategies that align with client objectives and provide a strong foundation for creative campaigns.
• Audience Insights: Research and evaluate target audiences, market trends, and consumer behaviours to inform campaign development and ensure relevance.
• Data Analysis: Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities that can guide strategic thinking.
• Creative Briefing: Write concise and inspiring creative briefs, ensuring the creative team understands the strategic direction and objectives of each campaign.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies to inform innovative approaches to campaigns.
• Measurement evaluation: Collaborate with the effectiveness team to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimisation
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with account teams, creative teams, and media planners to ensure strategic alignment across all campaign elements
