HR Business Partner, North C£50,000 - £55,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a private-equity backed business in North Yorkshire, with offices and sites across the North. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will partner a number of businesses and functions to develop people plans, drive HR initiatives and implement effective HR strategies. Key responsibilities: Instill effective performance management and talent processes to ensure the businesses and functions are fit for future. Influence, coach, and mentor managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks and employment legislation. Provide guidance on strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place to meet business needs. Define and implement people plans that align with the business strategy and objectives. Work closely with senior leaders and managers to provide HR advice and support that drives business performance. Lead and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
